Adults and children over 12 years: Smooth the adhesive side of the patch directly onto the skin over the site of the pain for up to eight hours of warming relief

Caution: For delicate or ageing skin apply adhesive side of patch to skin Do not use on face or broken skin, bruises or swellings. Use only one patch in the same area in 24 hours Discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs or patch gets uncomfortably hot. On flexible joints use dressing tape to hold in place, do not bandage over patch. Use only one patch in the same area in 24 hours. Do not use whilst asleep or with prolonged pressure on patch. Do not use on those who are unable to remove the patch on their own. If you are diabetic, have nerve damage, poor circulation or a skin condition consult your doctor before use.
