Christmas 2011 Delivery and Opening Times
Please note that the last day for ordering before Christmas is Thursday 15th December 2011 before 2pm. This is to try to make sure your package arrives before Christmas Day. Please note that like all our deliveries if we have to order the stock from our wholesalers there may be a delay in sending out your order and therefore we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas. If we become aware of any delays then we will notify you by email.
We cannot confirm the delivery dates for any orders placed after this date or if an item has to be ordered from our wholesalers (even if you place your order before 2pm on 15/12/11). Normal delivery timings should resume after Tuesday 3rd January 2012.
Morningside Pharmacy will also be closed for all the Bank Holidays during the Christmas and New Year period. Our opening times are as follows:

Free Standard Delivery on All Orders Over £40
For orders under £40 in value we charge £2.95 for UK delivery (up to a limit of 2kg). This is the total cost of delivery, regardless of how many items you order. Most orders are despatched either on the same working day or the following working day and can take up to 3-5 working days to arrive. Order cut-off for all delivery services is 2pm (UK time). Orders placed after 2pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day. Working days are defined as Monday - Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) therefore any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday. Please note that if any items have to be ordered from our wholesalers there may be a delay in dispatching your order. If we become aware of any delays then we will notify you via email.

A signature may be required on receipt. Our standard delivery option includes packaging, handling and Royal Mail 1st Class delivery postal costs.
UK Special Delivery Next Day
We also offer you the option of choosing Royal Mail Special Delivery for next day delivery which also allows you to track your delivery. If you would like this service then there is an additional charge of £6.50 (for deliveries up to 2kg). If you choose not to accept this option then we cannot track your order if it does not arrive.

Free Delivery on NHS Prescription Orders
NHS and private prescription orders are delivered FREE of charge within the UK. Prescription orders are despatched using Royal Mail registered post and we aim to despatch these orders on the same working same day as we receive your physical prescription. Delivery is made using a signed for service in unmarked discreet packaging and is sent by first class post.

Europe, Americas & Rest of the World

Europe
All packages to Europe are sent by Royal Mail Airmail service and there is a minimum charge of £7.50 for items up to 1kg and £15 for items up to the maximum of 2kg. Please note that certain weight restrictions apply and if your order is over £2kg then we will contact you to discuss the delivery charge.
If you would like to have a tracked facility added to your order then the total shipping charge will be £21.00. If you choose not to accept this option then we cannot track your order if it has not arrived.

Rest of the World
All packages to outside of Europe are sent by Royal Mail Airmail service and there is a minimum charge of £13.50 for items up to 1kg and £27 for items up to the maximum of 2kg. Please note that certain weight restrictions apply and if your order is over £2kg then we will contact you to discuss the delivery charge.
