Additional information and terms in respect of overseas enquiries/orders
General
Subject to applicable UK legislation and in accordance with clause 3 of our Terms of Sale this site is only intended for UK Customers and we can only confirm compliance with UK legislation. When we are supplying goods to you we will follow the legislation and guidelines set out in the UK in relation to the dispensing of pharmaceutical products and other drugs/goods. That is not to say we will not assist overseas customers
Customers ordering goods to a country outside of the UK should note that you will not be afforded the same rights in respect of the goods that UK customers are entitled to. The Terms of Sale, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy will still apply to the extent they are applicable but certain sections may not be applicable and we may also handle any personal data you supply to us differently to how we would handle customers ordering and having goods delivered within the UK.
Any advice or information offered on this website about any of the goods or services we offer is not intended to offer any form of advice or instructions as to use and you should take your own independent advice in relation to products, goods and any other pharmaceutical products being ordered by you if you reside outside of the UK.
All goods are sold for the personal use of the recipient under supervision of your local health care provider. Please contact them for assistance if you are unsure about the goods you are ordering.
Prescriptions
We will not despatch prescriptions drugs (as determined by UK regulations and guidance) overseas.
Please also note that goods that you order from the UK which are not regarded as prescription drugs in the UK may be considered prescription drugs in the country the goods are being delivered to. Therefore such goods may be rejected or ceased at customs and further liability may be civil and/or criminal liability may be incurred by you.
We will not be liable for failure to deliver goods regarded as a prescription item by the country the goods are being despatched to.
Customs
Customs in your country are entitled to check the goods being delivered to you. They may cease and detain such goods if such goods are restricted in the country the goods are being despatched to. We will not be liable for any goods not delivered or retained by customs. We will only be able to tell you if customs have ceased such goods if you have asked us to track your order (see overseas delivery section).
Import duties and taxes may have to be paid in some countries. It is your responsibility to obtain details of these charges from customs and excise in the country to which the goods are being despatched to. Your local embassy may be able to assist you in clarifying whether such goods will be subject to any further customs or taxes.
Liability/Refunds
Please also note that the prices quoted on our website are based on UK sterling prices and if you are paying by credit card you should check the exchange currency rate in the country to which the goods are being despatched to.
You may also be liable for further costs and/or civil/criminal sanctions from the country in which the goods are to be delivered. It is therefore important that you check the laws of the country that you reside in and/or the laws of the country the goods are being imported to as to whether the goods in your order are permitted or restricted. The goods may also be subject to further customs duties excise or other additional taxes/restrictions.
Please note that we cannot be liable for non delivery or any additional charges that are incurred by our attempting to deliver or despatch goods (of whatever nature) to any country that is outside of the UK and/or to a country where there are restrictions in place. You will not be entitled to a refund where the goods are rejected or are held in customs or by any other regulatory authority.
As stated above you will not have the benefit of certain consumer rights, rights of cancellation, and rejection under our Terms of Sale.
