Repeat Prescriptions

How our service works

1. You can sign up to the Express Repeat Prescription service if you receive any regular repeat medication from your Doctor. We are unable to provide this service for controlled or refrigerated medication.

2. Simply complete the online form.

3. You will receive an email to confirm that you have successfully signed up to the service, and you will then need to post your prescription and repeat form to our online pharmacy (Freepost address).

4. From this prescription we will prepare your medication and post it to your chosen delivery address.

5. Fourteen days before your next prescription is due you will receive an email from our online pharmacy, you must reply to this email listing which items you require us to order for your next prescription†

6. Once we have received your reply we will contact your Doctor and order your required medication. Any payment required will be dealt with via our customer service contact team whom will contact you prior to your medication being dispatched.

7. As soon as we have received your prescription, we will prepare your medication and post it to your chosen delivery address.

Numbers 5 through to 7 are then repeated as required
